Photographers and Des Moines entrepreneurs Nicole Trower and Sara Johansen were looking for a new space for their work. While a space was found in the East Village, it needed some love to go from a commercial office space to a beautiful studio space. Once finished, they knew it was too good to keep it to themselves: enter in East Fifth Studio. With love and cultivation, East Fifth Studio will be a hub for photography, creating, small workshops, pop up events and of course, rental to other photographers and artists.
